Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety practices
- Willingness to comply with company wellness and safety protocols
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- Support overall restaurant operations through timely and efficient cleaning
- Follow team member wellness protocols
- Assist with other cleaning tasks as assigned
