Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Capability to work in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings
- Commitment to frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles is an advantage
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist with general utility tasks in the kitchen such as cleaning floors and surfaces
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Support team members to maintain a productive work environment
