Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish silverware
- sweep, mop and clean floors and remove trash to designated areas
- clean work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dishroom
- attend work and arrive for scheduled shift on time with consistent regularity
- perform other assigned tasks as needed based on business and client requirements
