Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
1+ year of cook/kitchen/prep preferred but not required
Attention to detail and a drive to create high quality food
Team-oriented with a passion to succeed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in kitchen or dishwashing roles preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils
Assist kitchen team members with food preparation procedures
Operate dishwashing machine efficiently and safely
Ensure sanitary and orderly condition of all kitchen areas
Follow all health and safety regulations
Support teamwork and communication within kitchen staff
Help manage waste disposal and kitchen inventory cleanliness
