ability to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends
physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and smallwares
store and rack cleaned items properly
maintain clean and sanitary restrooms
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
collaborate with team members to meet operational needs
report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
