Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred but not required
- understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be able to stand for long periods
- reliable and punctual

- supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
