Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
ability to handle multiple priorities
ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

wash dishes and pots
perform general and equipment cleaning

assist kitchen staff with cleaning and maintenance tasks
