Job Duties

ensure all utensils, dishes, glassware and equipment are clean and sanitized
maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
assist kitchen staff by promptly supplying clean items
comply with all health and safety regulations
operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash as necessary
dispose of waste properly and recycle when applicable
communicate effectively with team members
