Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • capacity to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • basic understanding of food safety practices
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • following instructions of the chef at all times
  • assisting coworkers as needed and as directed
  • ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
  • collect and wash up pots and pans
  • clean food preparation areas and equipment to department of health standards
  • changing garbage
  • cleaning floors
  • assist with prep work
  • keep the storeroom and walk-ins organized
  • keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized
