high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
capacity to handle physical demands of the job
readiness to comply with company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties

wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing and kitchen area
organize and store cleaned items properly
dispose of trash and recycling according to guidelines
assist kitchen staff with basic duties as needed
follow all food safety and hygiene standards
support team members with guest-first attitude
