high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting heavy items

commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail

ability to follow instructions and sanitary guidelines

Job Duties

keeping the dish area clean and organized
load, run and unload dish machine
restock all plate ware and silverware on each station
monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle
wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
