Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate dishwashing and industrial cleaning equipment
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to work variable shifts including some weekends
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical ability to perform heavy cleaning tasks
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace and meet vaccination requirements as applicable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in sanitation or cleaning in a food service or healthcare environment preferred
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Ability to operate industrial cleaning and dishwashing equipment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow established cleaning protocols accurately

Job Duties

Dis-assembles trays
Sorts refuse for recycling and composting as directed
Operates dish machine according to established standards
Monitors safety and sanitation indicators as assigned
Reports irregularities to leadership
Washes and sanitizes larger items per established standards
Cleans and sanitizes floors, walls, and stationary equipment as appropriate
Performs heavy duty cleaning of surfaces and equipment using heavy duty cleaning products following safety and sanitation standards
Operates industrial cleaning equipment according to established procedures
Collects and disposes of trash and recyclables as directed
Interacts with others in a respectful manner
