Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal, state or local law
  • basic knowledge of restaurant skills such as food, equipment, kitchenware, tableware storage and rotation, proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
  • general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal
  • willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
  • ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
  • routine standing for duration of shift
  • ability to maneuver hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
  • scheduled shifts determined by business needs
