Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal, state or local law
- basic knowledge of restaurant skills such as food, equipment, kitchenware, tableware storage and rotation, proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
- routine standing for duration of shift
- ability to maneuver hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
- scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
