Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or sanitation role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Job Duties
- Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team member wellness initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with other sanitation tasks as assigned
