Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Capable of standing for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift heavy items
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina
Team player with strong communication skills

Job Duties

Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
Support the kitchen team by providing clean utensils and equipment promptly
Follow all health and safety protocols
Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness in the restaurant areas
