Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchen items
- capability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure all kitchenware is stocked and available for service
- assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food preparation or cleaning tasks
- follow safety and sanitation policies strictly
- manage waste disposal and recycling efficiently
- support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
