Job Qualifications

Previous dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely
Good communication skills for teamwork

Job Duties

Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans quickly, efficiently, and quietly
Maintain and clean dish machines
Ensure safe, clean, and sanitary conditions in the dish area, kitchen area, and garbage/dock area
Participate in contests and bonus programs for additional earning opportunities
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Support team members and restaurant operations as needed
Follow company policies and procedures
