Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1 plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
Current food handler's card and certification as required by federal state or local law
Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation
Ability to perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
Willingness to perform duties necessary to support the business

Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking of food equipment kitchenware and tableware
Participate in general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
Uphold the brand standards by sharing knowledge of seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
