Job Duties
- ensure every guest has the complete Louie experience
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen
- operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment efficiently
- handle and lift heavy objects safely
- support team members in maintaining a smooth and timely service flow
- follow health and safety regulations
- be attentive to team and guest needs
