Job Duties

Wash, clean, and store dishes, pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, and containers
Keep the dish room, station, and equipment clean and organized
Set up the dish machine and inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix
Deliver gracious hospitality to guests by maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
Adhere to health and safety standards
