Job Requirements

Successful completion of high school or equivalent preferred
open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
good communication skills
adherence to safety and hygiene standards
willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
