We are currently seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our dedicated team at The Village of Southampton. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, directly contributing to the health and satisfaction of our residents and staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and possesses a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. The Dishwasher will work various shifts, including morning and evening options, and must be available on weekends and holidays to ensure continuous support for our busy dining services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling dishwashing tasks efficiently, ensuring kitchenware and tableware are cleaned and sanitized according to health standards. You will also be expected to identify and report any mechanical or functional issues with the dishwashing equipment promptly, helping to avoid disruptions to kitchen operations. Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen
- clean food preparation and production areas as required
- perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen
