Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a similar kitchen or cleaning role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be physically able to perform the duties of the dishwasher role such as lifting, standing, and manual dexterity
compliance with company health and safety guidelines
willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds
must be able to frequently bend and stoop
must be able to frequently immerse hands in hot and cold water
willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
must be able to hear well in an environment with loud background noise

Job Duties

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and areas
stack clean dishes and silverware on the line
prepare kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations
clean machines and appliances, such as dishwashers and mixers
unload and store deliveries if necessary
sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
take out the trash and rinse garbage cans
support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
