Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Reliable and strong work ethic

Attention to detail and understanding of sanitization rules
Ability to stay on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, days and holidays

Job Duties

Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand such as wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate items
Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
Set up workstations before meal prep begins
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils during peak hours
Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues
Remove garbage and recyclables regularly
Demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic
