Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety standards
Monitor dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to management
Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as needed
Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene policies
