Job Requirements

Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods
walk or stand 100% of shift
frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
disciplined and self-motivated
friendly and able to smile while working various shifts
understands and adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
capable of operating dishwashing equipment safely

Job Duties

Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through best combination of food, drinks and games
keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
uses chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
safely operates all equipment
cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware
carefully sorts dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
handles glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
empties kitchen trash and maintains trash cans
assists kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
assists with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
supports prep and banquet items as directed by management
cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
helps maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
cleans and maintains mats
assists other team members as needed
maintains favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative and harmonious climate
shows friendliness and smiles while working days, nights and/or weekends
communicates clearly with guests and team members
maintains dress guidelines and professional appearance
