Job Duties

Wash and store all dishes and utensils in a prompt and organized manner
Assist cook, bus person, and servers when needed
Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen
Assist with inventory and receiving of all food and beverage items
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
