Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred

willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
ability to stand for extended periods
basic understanding of waste disposal procedures

Job Duties

Cleaning, scraping, and rinsing food from dirty dishes and utensils
load dishes into washing/sanitizing machine or wash by hand
disposing of trash or compost as appropriate
maintain kitchen work area, equipment, plates, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and organized way
help team members when needed to comply with standards and provide responsive guest service
