Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
ability to handle multiple priorities
ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, bend, climb or work in confined spaces
possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

perform dish washing tasks including pots and kitchen utensils
conduct general and equipment cleaning
store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards
undertake janitorial duties in dining areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
follow all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage and preparation
communicate effectively with kitchen and dining team
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
