Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- perform dish washing tasks including pots and kitchen utensils
- conduct general and equipment cleaning
- store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards
- undertake janitorial duties in dining areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
- follow all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage and preparation
- communicate effectively with kitchen and dining team
- manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
