ability to move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary

Job Qualifications

ability to move within the kitchen efficiently
prior experience in kitchen sanitation or dishwashing preferred
basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

setting up using and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift
keeping the food line stocked with clean plates
performing cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work area and restrooms
assisting in food preparation procedures
maintaining kitchen work areas equipment plate ware and utensils in a clean sanitary and orderly condition
