Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1 plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state local law
basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plateware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping trash removal
willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
