Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dishwashing areas
- assist in upholding team member wellness and restaurant hygiene policies
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils
- handle waste disposal and recycling as per company guidelines
- contribute to overall team safety by following established procedures
- communicate effectively with team members and management regarding workload and kitchen needs
