Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and guest and team member touch points
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dishwashing areas
  • assist in upholding team member wellness and restaurant hygiene policies
  • support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils
  • handle waste disposal and recycling as per company guidelines
  • contribute to overall team safety by following established procedures
  • communicate effectively with team members and management regarding workload and kitchen needs
