Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Perform washing of dishes and pots
Clean kitchen equipment and dining areas
Store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards
Conduct janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro, and other dining spaces
Handle food storage and cleaning activities complying with all regulatory procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness during busy service periods
Follow all health and safety protocols
