Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Perform washing of dishes and pots
  • Clean kitchen equipment and dining areas
  • Store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards
  • Conduct janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro, and other dining spaces
  • Handle food storage and cleaning activities complying with all regulatory procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness during busy service periods
  • Follow all health and safety protocols
