Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Capability to remain stationary and move with sustained mobility for up to four hours
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to use small tools and equipment with dexterity
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen utility role is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment
- Capable of working in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong work ethic and dependability
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware
- Assist in sanitizing and cleaning kitchen areas and equipment
- Support back of house operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Adhere to safety and health protocols including proper use of protective gear
- Lift and transport heavy items safely as required
- Wash hands frequently and handle disinfectant supplies properly
