The Dishwasher position at Grand Living is an essential role that supports the overall dining experience for residents, family members, and guests. This role requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts predominantly between 11am and 9pm, including weekends. The Dishwasher is responsible for the safe handling and operation of dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the organization of the dish area with meticulous attention to detail. Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef, this role requires a high level of service excellence known as The Sterling Touch®. This entails delivering service that is not only efficient and timely but also professional, courteous, and friendly to promote resident satisfaction.
