Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Able to read and write handwritten notes
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Able to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • Friendly and able to smile while working
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Dressed in accordance with company dress guidelines, neat, clean and professional at all times

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
  • Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
