Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
Able to read and write handwritten notes
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Able to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
Friendly and able to smile while working
Self-motivated and disciplined
Must be at least 18 years of age
Dressed in accordance with company dress guidelines, neat, clean and professional at all times

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
Safely and correctly operate all equipment
Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
