Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Willing to maintain a safe and clean kitchen by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing and stocking dishes and utensils, and correctly and safely operating kitchen equipment
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a large team
Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values of hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity

Job Duties

Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment by sweeping and mopping floors
Sanitize and stock dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Safely operate kitchen machinery and equipment
Assist in organizing kitchen supplies and workstations
Work independently and collaboratively with the Dining Services team
Adhere to Touchmark’s values of hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity
Provide patient and tactful interaction with residents, family members, and team members
