Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- able to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- able to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- knowledge of company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
