Job Duties

Ensure all utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Support kitchen team operations by promptly clearing used dishes
Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
