Job Requirements

availability to work open shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift up to 50 lbs
willingness to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending and stooping
dependable and punctual
excellent communication skills
commitment to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a similar role is a plus
strong work ethic and positive attitude
ability to work effectively in a team environment
good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor
knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation standards
flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Job Duties

perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities
wash dishes and kitchen equipment thoroughly
store and rotate food and supplies as required
carry out janitorial duties in dining room, restrooms, and other service areas
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
operate dishwashing equipment safely following safety guidelines
assist kitchen staff as needed
