Job Duties
- clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- assist with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to safety and health standards including wearing protective gear
- lift and move kitchen supplies safely
- support other kitchen staff as needed
