Job Duties

Operate large dishwashing machines
keep dish area supplied with necessary chemicals
monitor dishwashing machine temperature and chemical levels
clean and polish plates, glassware, silverware, and serviceware
clean kitchen pots and pans and organize them
unload dish machine and stock kitchen areas
take out trash and clean trash cans
clean, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas
maintain kitchen sanitation chemical supplies
maintain highest sanitation levels
work collaboratively as a team player
assist cooks in cleaning equipment during service
work weekends and holidays
work AM and PM shifts
adhere to club rules and regulations
treat members with respect and ensure excellent experience
