Job Duties
- Ensure all utensils, dishes, glassware and equipment are clean and sanitized
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain their cleanliness
- Collect and sort dirty dishes and kitchenware
- Monitor dishwashing chemicals and supplies and restock as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
