Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
basic knowledge of sanitation standards
physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
positive attitude with a guest-first mindset

Job Duties

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and thoroughly
maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
sort and stack cleaned items in designated storage areas
assist kitchen staff as needed with food preparation support
follow health and safety regulations ensuring a sanitary working environment
dispose of waste properly and assist in kitchen cleanup at the end of shifts
report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
