Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of sanitation standards
- physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- sort and stack cleaned items in designated storage areas
- assist kitchen staff as needed with food preparation support
- follow health and safety regulations ensuring a sanitary working environment
- dispose of waste properly and assist in kitchen cleanup at the end of shifts
- report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
