  • minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to handle multiple priorities
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift 25 lbs
  • ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • organizational and time management skills
  • demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Perform dish washing and pot washing
  • clean kitchen equipment and general areas
  • store and rotate food and supplies following sanitary procedures
  • carry out janitorial duties in dining services areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
  • handle all foods and cleaning activities according to federal, state and local standards
  • maintain compliance with food storage and preparation regulations
  • support overall kitchen and dining area cleanliness
