Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
ability to handle multiple priorities
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift 25 lbs
ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
organizational and time management skills
demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

Perform dish washing and pot washing
clean kitchen equipment and general areas
store and rotate food and supplies following sanitary procedures
carry out janitorial duties in dining services areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
handle all foods and cleaning activities according to federal, state and local standards
maintain compliance with food storage and preparation regulations
support overall kitchen and dining area cleanliness
