Job Description
This position is for a dishwasher at a club establishment responsible for duties such as dishes, cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items. The role also includes closing and storage for individual workstations as needed, set-up of daily par/prep, operation of dishwashing equipment, disposal of food waste, maintenance of kitchen cleanliness, preparation and storage of food items, assisting in receiving and procurement of goods, and communication with the chefs for special requirements or equipment issues.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable
