Flexibility in duties is expected, with occasional assistance in other kitchen tasks, including food plating during banquet events. - Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in kitchen or janitorial cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and MSDS guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine
- Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack
- Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area
- Ensure that all cleaning is performed that is required to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times
- Sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop up any spills
- Empty full and heavy trash cans
- Make sure trash cans are sprayed and sanitized after each use
- Place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning
- Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols
- Follow safety guidelines
- Perform other duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned
- Assist with plating banquet events when needed
