Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to work daytime shifts only
- Ability to work in hot, wet, and humid environments
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Load, run, and unload dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- Maintain all safety standards
- Work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
- Work in a standing position for long periods
- Safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
