Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
- Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Good time management skills and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
- Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure dish machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes
- Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line
- Assist the prep cook during AM prep
- Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
- Be punctual and on-time
