We are excited to currently accept applications for all back of house (BOH) positions, offering a starting wage of up to $13 per hour. The positions available include Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, Grill/Fry Cooks, and Tortilleras. The BOH roles at Panchito's are dynamic and require individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to take instruction and apply it effectively are critical to success. The restaurant also requires all BOH employees to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate to ensure food safety compliance.
